General Terms & Conditions
Mediumship is not a replacement for medical therapy. All services are for entertainment purposes only, and EHM Services LLC and its practitioners maintain no liability. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate in a session. Do not book a mediumship session if you have received a reading from a reader in the last 3-4 months. If you are feeling deeply depressed, or have feelings of causing harm to yourself or others, or in any type of mental, emotional or physical duress, please reach out to a medical professional in your area, or dial 911. Alternatively, you may dial 988 for a mental health crisis. Your well-being is the number one priority.
Sessions are for a single individual unless booked otherwise. Make sure you are in a quiet relaxing space where you can be free of distractions, loud noise or interruptions. The session is an interactive process with you, so you need to be able to validate information and evidence being provided by the Medium.
You must be free of any heavy narcotics, or mind altering substances such as marijuana or alcohol during your session. The session will be canceled without the option of a rebooking or a full refund, at the discretion of the Medium if a client shows any signs of intoxication.
All sessions are face to face on a Zoom call. You are required to have your camera and audio on during your session. You may opt to have your session recorded for your personal viewing only, and will be deleted within 24 hours unless requested otherwise. Sessions will never be made available to the public without your written consent. No specific identifying details will ever be revealed publicly without your written consent.
Every Medium is different, but I feel it’s important for us both to be fully present for a reading. If you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed by a reading in any way shape or form, we can take breaks, but if speaking about your loved one in spirit causes you to be consumed by emotion and unable to speak, I suggest you wait to book a reading. Again your wellbeing is my top concern.
Cancellations and rescheduling happens. As a practitioner, If I am not feeling 100%, I do not want to offer a sub-par reading, and reserve the right to reschedule or refund you fully for your scheduled reading, at any time prior or during your appointment. I trust Spirit and if the connection, for whatever reason isn’t there, I set my ego aside and will not try to force a reading to happen.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please make contact via email, 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so could result in a loss of your full or partial payment. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the practitioner, and may result in a processing fee or may be restricted if a client continues to miss appointments or needs to keep rescheduling. This is just to deter folks from taking advantage of Medium's time or services. Any refunds approved by the Medium may take up to two weeks to process.
Overall everyone should be in a good place to receive a reading, so allowances can be made when life’s inevitable hiccups occur, but these safeguards help try to ensure this is a successful, hopeful and healing session for everyone involved.

If requested, you may receive a private copy of your reading for personal viewing and limited sharing with loved ones. Please enjoy, but neither Hannah or EHM Services LLC consent to our content or images of private readings, where our image or likeness is involved, to being published on any platform, media or other similar publicly available manner without express written consent.

What type of information do you collect?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We primarily use PayPal for payment processing so their terms and conditions also apply.
